Return Policy

Here at Whiskey Cotton we are committed to quality with no “ifs”, “ands”, or “buts” about it!

Bottom line is that we want you to be happy, so return anything purchased from us, at any time, if you are not 100% satisfied.

Whiskey Cotton gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full product refund if returned with the original receipt within 30 days of the original purchase.*

*Please note that if the original receipt is not available, we will make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the lowest selling price of the item.

So what happens after 30 days of the original purchase?

If you have the receipt, Whiskey Cotton will happily issue an exchange, merchandise credit or refund based on the original sale price but….if you do not have the receipt,Whiskey Cotton will only issue an exchange or merchandise credit for the lowest selling price of the item. Please call (877)-627-5277 M-F 9am-6pm for further questions or concerns.

Whiskey Cotton is not responsible for shipping costs of Returns/Exchanges. If the item is damaged or defective, we will gladly issue and email a prepaid label to you.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items upon receiving your shipment. If the item is damaged or defective, Whiskey Cotton will email a prepaid return label to you. Please have your order number when contacting us about your order.

 

Returns or Exchanges by Mail (from the US)

  1. Please pack the merchandise in the original packaging, if available, and enclose the COMPLETED return form with the merchandise.
  2. Return the item(s) to us, mailed to the address listed below, which is also   listed on the return form.

Whiskey Cotton is NOT responsible for the shipping cost of an item returned to us due to buyer’s remorse due to a size, color, or pattern issue. If the item is damaged or defective, we will gladly issue a prepaid label for you to use for your return and we will happily pay for the exchange to be shipped to you.

It usually takes 2 weeks to process a return once we have received your package. Please email info@whiskeycotton.com if you have questions or concerns.

*Whiskey Cotton reserves the right to modify or amend any of these policies including the price of items and/or the cost of shipping without prior notification.
