FAQs

1. How long till my order is processed?

Whiskey Cotton strives to ship within 24-48 hours of an order being placed.  Our preferred carrier is UPS ground.

 

2. Can I modify my order after it is placed?

We will try to accommodate changes to an order, but sometimes we may not be able to stop your order in time. Please remember that we want you to be 100% Satisfied, so you can always return or exchange any unwashed and unworn merchandise.  

 

3. How do I return/exchange an item?

Whiskey Cotton always wants our customers to be happy. You may return or exchange an unworn and unwashed item with the original tags. Please see our return information below for all of the necessary information.  Please note that if you do not have your original receipt we will are happy to exchange the item for another item. The cost to ship the return will be deducted from your credit unless the item was damaged, defective or mis-shipped.  

 

4. Do we ship orders internationally?

We currently are shipping to the US only. We hope to be able to ship internationally in the near future.  

 

5. Can I track my order?

Once shipped, you should receive an email containing the tracking information for your order. If you do not receive this email in 48 hours, please contact our customer service department at (877)-627-5277  

 

6. How much is shipping and handling for my order?

Please see our Shipping Chart. Whiskey Cotton offers UPS ground and 2 Day Express delivery. For overnight shipments please contact us via phone at (877)-627-5277  

 

7. Do I have to register on your site to place an order?

You do not have to register to place an order. Registering allows us to stay in touch and also future orders a little easier.  

 

8. I have an item I bought from you previously but now I am unable to find it on your site?

Whiskey Cotton makes small batches of products and sometimes we are able to make more due to fabric availability. These are times when we cannot guarantee that we will have the exact style and color that was carried previously. Please email info@whiskeycotton.com with any questions.
